The Sevban warranty is an extension of the KOMPEN-certified profile family and our Quality Assurance System. It is a formal commitment that the declared technical properties will be maintained throughout the warranty period.

Scope

Three principles — with written periods.

All Sevban products are warrantied against material and manufacturing defects for defined periods. Each product’s specific period is stated on the Warranty Certificate delivered with it.

    Profile & colour stability.

    The surface colour and geometry of the KOMPEN profile are protected against deformation, fading and cracking under normal use.

    Period: 10 YEARS

  • /02

    Hardware & mechanisms.

    Espagnolette, hinge, slide and lock mechanisms are warrantied against functional failure under normal use.

    Period: 5 YEARS

  • /03

    Installation workmanship.

    Joinery, gasket application and dimensional precision performed by authorised Sevban installation crews.

    Period: 2 YEARS

Process

From report to resolution — three steps.

If you suspect a warranty issue, the process runs on a single line: report → on-site inspection → free resolution.

    Report.

    Reach Sevban customer service with photo or video of the issue and your invoice. A service request is opened.

  2. /02

    On-site inspection.

    Our technical team books an appointment, inspects on-site, and issues a formal report on warranty coverage.

  3. /03

    Resolution.

    For approved claims the faulty part is repaired or replaced with original spare parts, free of charge.
